Responsibilities: - Manage store operations during assigned shift - Ensure store policies and procedures are followed - Support sales associates and cashiers in carrying out their duties - Assist in training and developing team members - Ensure store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised - Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary - Address customer complaints and inquiries - Oversee end-of-day procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous retail or customer service experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills: - Leadership experience - Knowledge of store policies and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
